Refund policy

We think you will love everything you order from us, but if you don’t, we make exchanges easy up to 7 days; however, prior authorization is required and 20% restocking fee will apply.

Exchanges on all jewelry (except sale items and Beauty Products) are gladly accepted up to 7 days after shipment and accompanied by a proof of purchase or a sales receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an approval email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note; Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on La Lila’s part. 

Damages and Issues 
Although we inspect all merchandise for defects and discoloration prior to shipment, please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
All custom pieces, special orders, sale items and Beauty Items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
